Credentials and how we hire
Every clinician here is board certified in pediatrics or certified in pediatric primary care. Two hold the IBCLC lactation credential.
Board certification
All physicians are certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and participate in continuing certification. Our nurse practitioner is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.
Panel size
We cap panels so that a 30-minute well visit is genuinely 30 minutes. When a clinician's panel closes we say so rather than double-booking them.
Quality review
We audit immunization completion, lead screening at 12 and 24 months, developmental screening rates and referral loop closure every quarter.
