Dr. Nadia Osei-Bonsu

MD, FAAP, IBCLC

Pediatrician and lactation consultant

“Nobody has ever been talked into a good latch. We watch a feed, then we fix what we saw.”

About

Dr. Osei-Bonsu is both a board-certified pediatrician and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, a combination that is rarer than it should be. She runs the Tuesday evening latch clinic at Jordan Creek and sees most of our tricky first-week feeding cases.

She is careful about tongue-tie. She assesses function over appearance and works through positioning and a full feeding plan before anyone reaches for a scalpel.
