Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design with keyboard navigation, screen readers, color contrast and reduced motion in mind.

Accessibility tools on this site

Use the accessibility button in the corner of every page to:

• Increase or decrease text size.
• Switch to high contrast or dark reading mode.
• Underline links, use a more readable font and increase text spacing.
• Pause animations, switch to grayscale and enlarge the cursor.

Known limitations

Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, may not be fully accessible. We are working with providers to improve this.

Accessibility in the clinic

All three clinics are step-free, with accessible parking, wide exam room doors and adjustable exam tables. Sign language interpreters and spoken language interpreters are arranged at no cost to you; tell the front desk when you book so we can have one present.

Sensory-friendly appointments

Any family can request a sensory-friendly appointment, with or without a diagnosis. These are scheduled first or last in the day, you wait in the car until we text, overhead lighting is off, headphones and a weighted lap pad are available, and a picture sequence of the visit is sent to the portal the day before. Ask once and the flag stays on the chart.
